Blessed Is The Nation Whose God Is The Lord - Psalm 33:12

Happy 4th of July!

As I've said before, it's a blessing to live in Ripley (known for its title as the smallest town to have the largest Independence Day celebration)!

I snapped a quick picture of the cousins before the parade started.
{ Gavin, Maddox, Cambreigh, Nolan and Kensley }

 Our kids need to learn to be more aggressive; they just stood there until people would put candy in their bags!
 Despite their lack of assertiveness, the kids still scored way too much candy!

After the parade we had our annual lunch and the boys got pretty rowdy.
We'll just leave it at, "What happens at the Winter Ranch, stays at the Winter Ranch".

 Later in the evening we went to my Aunt and Uncle's house for dinner where the kids fought over who got to hold LaneyLu.  Isn't she just precious!?!

Kensley and Nolan were thrilled to have their first 'kid pop' - lemonade in a can.
We ended the evening by watching the fireworks from the church parking lot with other members of the congregation!
